Shipping & Returns

Maylo is preview-only right now, so no shipping or return transaction can happen on the site yet. These are the details to finalize before the first paid drop.

• Processing time after purchase. Example: ready-to-ship pieces ship in 3–5 business days; custom pieces ship in 2–4 weeks after approval.
• Shipping carriers and rates. Example: USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or local pickup if offered.
• International shipping availability and customs responsibility.
• Return eligibility for earrings and custom pieces. Example: unworn non-custom pieces within 14 days; custom and hygiene-sensitive pieces final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
• Damaged-package process. Example: email photos within 3 days of delivery.
